Keith Verellen has over 20 years of experience as a physical education teacher and currently shares his passion for physical activity with the students at Kingsbury Country Day School in Oxford. He is PPR certified as well as a DUPR coach in the state of Michigan. While his journey began in February of 2021 when he decided to attend a fun mixer at Troy Racquet Club, he began playing competitively in tournaments in 2022. A few of Keith’s playing highlights include competing in the U.S. Open Pickleball Championships (in Naples, Florida), medaling at Beer City Open (Grand Rapids) at Belknap Park, and the exciting opportunity to compete in the 2022 National Championships held at Indian Wells (CA). He loves working with players of all skill levels and has great attention to detail when sharing his pickleball knowledge.
